This is a great week in the Rockies as it has great weather for the 10 years we’ve visited the resort. The resort is quiet, located just off the eastern main turn into Banff from Highway 1, and away from the central district of Banff. You can easily walk (45 min)/bike (15 min) into Banff on an accessible paved trail. Free parking and a scenic driving route into Banff along Tunnel Mountain Road, or take the free scheduled shuttle. The resort has done a great job of improving amenities over the years, including a new restaurant and fabulous BBQ areas complimenting the full kitchen (fridge, stove and dishwasher).
